Our client is a well- known company in Greece, which trades and distributes furniture materials and store equipment. They are seeking to appoint a\u00a0Sales Director<\/strong> based in Athens<\/strong>. Reporting to the General Manager, our Sales Director will be responsible for the national sales. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Essential Duties:<\/strong><\/span><\/span>
\n<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 <\/span><\/span>Determines annual profit plans and budgets by implementing sales strategies <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 <\/span><\/span>Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for international markets<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 <\/span><\/span>Manages the success of the sales team across all customers<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 <\/span><\/span>Monitors the shipments to ensure the compliance of regulations<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 <\/span><\/span>Maintains high-level relationships with suppliers and stakeholders and manages large corporate accounts at a national and international level<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 <\/span><\/span>Negotiates sales contracts and participates in the development and assessment of the national marketing strategy<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 <\/span><\/span>Evaluates information related to sales, promotions, competition and market research and acts accordingly<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Required qualifications include:<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 <\/span><\/span>Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Business Administration or in a related field<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 <\/span><\/span>MBA is highly preferred<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 <\/span><\/span>5+ year experience. Experience in the B2B sector will be considered as a plus<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 <\/span><\/span>Excellent communication \/ presentation skills<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 <\/span><\/span>PC literacy<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 <\/span><\/span>Fluency in Greek and English<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 <\/span><\/span>Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 <\/span><\/span>Leader, able to motivate, develop and manage<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 <\/span><\/span>Professional attitude and ability to work under pressure<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
