POSITION SUMMARY:<\/span><\/span><\/strong>
\n<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Reporting to the VP of Finance, this position will prepare financial and cash flow forecasts, the annual budgeting process, operating plan variance analysis and multiple special projects and provide financial consulting and strategic support.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, expenses, capital expenditures, cash flow<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Oversee and manage the continued development of Budgeting, Financial Forecasting, Operating Plan and Modeling tools<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Ad-Hoc Reporting and Analysis. Monthly Financial reports<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Improve performance by evaluating processes to drive efficiencies<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

REQUIREMENTS:<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

EDUCATION<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or STEM fields<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

MBA or Master in Accounting preferred<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

EXPERIENCE<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Minimum five (5) years progressive experience in finance, accounting or similar positions, with emphasis in analysis and decision-making support at medium- or large-size companies<\/span><\/span>
\n<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Consulting, auditing or other professional services background<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Experience with government contract management and\/or not-for-profit sector preferred<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

KNOWLEDGE\/SKILLS\/ABILITIES<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Powerful quantitative and analytical skills<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Strong communication and collaboration skills<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Very advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Must be recognized as an Excel expert by his\/her colleagues<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Adequate skills in other MS Office products (Word, PowerPoint)<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Experience with at least one enterprise-level ERP and accounting software (e.g. SAP, Oracle Financials, Lawson, MS Great Plains, Sage MIP)<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized, methodical, thinks before acting<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Ability to think creatively, highly-driven and self-motivated<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Able to work cooperatively and persuasively with other senior leaders. Highly customer-driven.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Demonstrated ability to roll-up sleeves<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Familiarity with MS Access preferred<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
