Our client is one of the largest firms in the chemical sector in Greece, which operates in the fragrance and food market. They are seeking to appoint a\u00a0Sales Director\u00a0based in Athens. Reporting to the General Manager, our Sales Director will be responsible for the national sales and the export activity.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Essential Duties \/ Job Functions:
\n<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

*<\/strong> Determines annual profit plans, budgets by implementing sales strategies and projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

* Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for international markets<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

* <\/strong>Manages the success of the sales team across all customers while building and developing strong business relationships with new and existing c hannels<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

* <\/strong>Monitors the shipments to ensure the compliance of regulations<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

*<\/strong> Maintains high-level relationships with suppliers and stakeholders and manages large corporate accounts at a national and international level<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

* <\/strong>Negotiates sales contracts and participates in the development and assessment of the national marketing strategy<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

*<\/strong> Evaluates information related to sales, promotions, competition and market research and acts accordingly<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Required qualifications include:<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

*<\/strong> Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Chemistry or Business Administration<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

* <\/strong>MBA is highly preferred<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

*<\/strong> 5+ year experience and expertise from a similar role<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

*<\/strong> Excellent communication \/ presentation skills.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

* <\/strong>PC literacy.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

*<\/strong> Fluency in Greek and English.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

* <\/strong>Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

*<\/strong> Leader, able to motivate, develop and manage.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

*<\/strong> Professional attitude and ability to work under pressure.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
