They are seeking to appoint a <strong>Back Office Sales Coordinator<\/strong> based in <strong>Athens (Aspropirgos)<\/strong>.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Essential Duties \/ Job Functions:<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Takes an active part in the sales development. Communicates daily with potential clients in order to seek the interest of the market for the company\u2019s products.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Participates in the construction of the marketing plan and in the execution of the marketing actions.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Composes and sends offers to the clients for future collaborations.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Handles invoices.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Communicates with clients and handles possible problems or complaints.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Supports the sales representatives by contributing to the making of their client visit schedules<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Reports to the Sales Director<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Required qualifications include:<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Degree in Economics field, a degree in Marketing will be a plus<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">2+ years of experience in sales department with an active participation in sales<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Experience in usage of CRM systems<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Fluency in English<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">PC literacy<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">If you are interest for the position, you can send your CV at the HR department of Manager\u2019s Office via email\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:hrdept@managersoffice.gr\">hrdept@managersoffice.gr<\/a> noting the position code.<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Our client is one of the leading companies in the heating, ventilating and plumbing installations sector.
