Report on site KPI&#8217;s and user trends.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Manage project timelines for each project area.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Analyze all data to develop go-forward plans and strategies to enhance channel performance.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Quantify success and efficiency of digital promotions, paid media campaigns, and social engagement through various analytic tools.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Interact regularly with merchants\/buyers, regional managers and Field VPs to fulfill all requests and strategize campaigns.\u00a0 \u00a0Work cross-functional with other departments to ensure time, product availability and planning on all initiatives.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Assist in the growth of company\u2019s online sales via SEM, email and social enhancements<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Develop SEM campaigns based on key shopping periods, tracking ROI and success<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Continuously look for new ways to drive sales on our ecommerce sites through digital channels<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Oversee the fulfillment of all vendor contracts.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Research new tactics and strategies to build digital campaigns and initiatives<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Build strategy to grow traffic to our student blog, TheCollegeJuice.com<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Develop and strategize social, email and SEM campaigns around athletics marketing, hot market activities, as well as campaigns for specific customer segments (ie.
