RU (MOSCOW &#8211; CD 342FKKS8)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Our client is one of the largest firms in the FMCG sector in Greece with a strong portfolio of well-known brands and is seeking to appoint a\u00a0Sales Director based in Athens. <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<pre><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\">Reporting to the General Manager, our Sales Director will be responsible for sales management and further expansion of the company while\r\nbeing driven by a sharp focus on the consumer needs, leading investment in innovation, and possessing a performance-driven culture.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/pre>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000033;\">Essential Duties \/ Job Functions:<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\">Determines annual profit plans, budgets by implementing sales strategies\u00a0 and projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\">Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for districts and territories<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\">Creates an enthusiastic and successful sales environment focusing on thinking outside the box and challenging the norm in business.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\">Manages the success of the sales team across all customers while building and developing strong business relationships with new and existing channels.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\">Oversees a team of 35 sales professionals by mentoring and directing strategies for success and driving sales plans.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\">Maintains high-level relationships with suppliers and stakeholders and manages large corporate accounts at a national level.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\">Negotiates sales contracts and participates in the development and assessment of the national marketing strategy.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\">Evaluates information related to sales, promotions, competition and market research and acts accordingly.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000033;\">Knowledge \/ Experience &amp; Skills:<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\">The successful candidate will be a dynamic, experienced individual with a strong track record of commercial and managerial success in the FMCG industry.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\">He must maintain the ability to effectively lead the Sales function within a fast moving, challenging and energetic commercial environment.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000033;\">Required qualifications include:<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\">5+ years of hands on experience and expertise from a similar role \/ position in the FMCG market.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\">University degree.
