{"id":5609,"date":"2016-07-25T08:44:49","date_gmt":"2016-07-25T08:44:49","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/localhost\/test_manager\/regional-sales-director-cy-rsd-989h323gdr\/"},"modified":"2019-07-17T07:12:29","modified_gmt":"2019-07-17T07:12:29","slug":"regional-sales-director-cy-rsd-989h323gdr","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/managersoffice.net\/el\/regional-sales-director-cy-rsd-989h323gdr\/","title":{"rendered":"Regional Sales Director &#8211; CY (RSD 989H323GDR)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\">We are currently seeking a <strong>Regional Sales Director<\/strong> who will focus on new business development on the Direct Sales team.\u00a0 As part of the Direct Sales Leadership team, the Regional Sales Director. \u00a0Ultimately responsible for finding and developing new customers and up selling existing direct sales accounts in that region.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\"> The Regional Sales Director is accountable for the development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve regional sales and revenue objectives. The Regional Sales Director will need to identify, qualify, develop and close new business across an assigned region to achieve revenue goals.\u00a0 Identify and analyze underlying customer business and sales issues in order to match the appropriate solution\/technology to the customers&#8217; requirements. \u00a0A consultative sales approach is a pre-requisite. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000033; font-size: small; font-weight: bold; line-height: 1.3em;\">Required Experience:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\">At least two years of sales management experience, leading a B2B sales team selling complex solutions to high value clients and prospects. <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\">Five years solutions sales experience with a minimum of three years experience in the online information industry.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\">Ability to lead, manage and build a sales team to facilitate accomplishment of team goals and sustain team morale.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\">Plan and monitor staff progress \u2013 review &amp; evaluate performance results.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\">Manage the sales teams, operations and resources to deliver profitable growth.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\">Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume for existing and new products.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\">Understanding of screen-sharing and telephone technology.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\">Sets a good example in a team environment.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\">Ability to coach staff to improve their skills and strengthen their performance.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\">Ability to communicate purpose and importance of both corporate and team goals and monitor team activities to ensure goal fulfillment.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\">Organizational sensitivity and commercial awareness, with a good perception of client and prospective requirements and priorities.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\">Ability to maintain effectiveness when working closely with people of diverse cultures or backgrounds.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\">Making decisions which optimize regional performance and support corporate goals.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\">Ability to take ownership of problems and coordinate appropriate internal resources to help solve customer issues effectively and efficiently.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\">Ability to cope professionally with demanding sales goals and expectations.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\">Degree level education.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\">This role may require limited travel within the assigned region.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><strong>If you are interest for the position, you can send your CV at the hr department of Manager\u2019s Office via email <a href=\"mailto:info@managersoffice.com.cy\">info@managersoffice.com.cy<\/a> noting the position code<\/strong>.<\/span><\/span><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We are currently seeking a Regional Sales Director who will focus on new business development on the Direct Sales team.\u00a0&hellip;<\/p>","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":7932,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_mo_disable_npp":""},"categories":[173,174],"tags":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v15.7 -
