The Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring all aspects of the day to day plant operations are conducted in a safe and efficient manner. This is a great opportunity to join a growing organization and expanding plant operations.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\">Responsibilities for the Operations Manager<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\">Analyze production costs in order to understand opportunities for improvement. Monitor production costs in order to minimize costs.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\">Leading, coaching, and evaluating direct reports in order to maintain a well-disciplined workforce.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\">Conduct annual performance appraisals of direct reports to ensure staff development and training<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\">Facilitate opportunities related to Continuous Improvement in order to advance our workforce and production capabilities.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\">Demonstrate skill in reasoning and relationship building as well as a high level of problem solving skills that manifests itself in efficient production practices.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\">Requirements for the Operations Manager<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\">B.S. degree \u2013 Chemical Engineering preferred.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\">10 years management experience in a manufacturing environment required, preference to FDA regulated manufacturing in food, beverage, consumer products.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\">Metrics Based Safety Leadership focus<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\">Benefits<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\">Competitive Compensation and Benefits Package including, but not limited to, performance based incentive bonus up to 25% of base salary.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><br \/>\n<strong>If you are interest for the position, you can send your CV at the hr department of <\/strong><strong>Manager\u2019s Office <\/strong><strong>via email <a href=\"mailto:hr@managersoffice.net\">hr@managersoffice.net<\/a> noting the position code<\/strong>. <\/span><\/span><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Our client, a Consumer Products Manufacturer is looking for an Operations Manager to join their growing organization.
