to appoint a<\/span> <span style=\"line-height: 1.3em;\">General Manager<\/span> <span style=\"line-height: 1.3em;\">based in Athens<\/span><span style=\"line-height: 1.3em;\">. <\/span><span style=\"line-height: 1.3em;\">Reporting to the Chairman of the Board, our General Manager will be responsible for the daily administration and organizational management of the Foundation\u2019s staff and resources.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><strong>Essential Duties \/ Job Functions:<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\">Maintains effective and functional relationships and promotes communication inside the Organization and relations with external partners and sponsors<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\">Provides management, guidance, advice to workers and collaborators, identifies and meets staff needs and requirements, and implements the decisions of the Board of Directors<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\">Develops and monitors the implementation of internal procedures and protocols and develops corporate culture oriented to developing individual initiatives and free flow of information<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\">Qualifies new sponsors and takes responsibility of the valuable objects of sponsorships, according to sponsor instructions<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\">Develops strategic planning by studying economic opportunities and suggestions for improvements in order to achieve the organizational goals and objectives and coordinates efforts to establish contracts, Marketing activities and corporate staff actions<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\">Organizes and manages educational trips, cruises in foreign countries, various events and educational programs (fashion bazaars, art programs and children\u2019s events)<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\">Takes responsibility of establishing communication and booking speakers and advertising actions to attract the audience, in order to organize lectures in the foundation venue<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\">Promotes the Foundation venues to interested individuals or organizations <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\">Is the curator of the art shop by scouting and attracting new artists and promoting their artworks<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\">Monitors and manages the caf\u00e9 \u2013 restaurant within the Foundation building<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\">Knowledge \/ Experience &amp; Skills:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\">The successful candidate will be a dynamic, experienced individual who is organized and methodical, and capable of setting up the range of systems needed to ensure the smooth and safe use of the building as a\u00a0venue for both private hire and for a public program of performances, lectures and exhibitions.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\">Required qualifications include:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\">Degree in financial or social and political sciences, and Master in Business Administration or Marketing<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\">Proven experience in managing financial and organizational matters<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\">Fluency in English, knowledge of French, Italian\u00a0 or German is desirable<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\">PC literacy<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size:
