This business unit is going to need to succeed with full P&amp;L accountability as a stand-alone unit.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\">As <strong>Commercial Director<\/strong>, you will need experience in developing customer relationships in industries such as Pharmaceutical, Agricultural Chemical, Petrochemical, Rubber, etc. Experience in managing a contract manufacturing facility is a plus.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><strong>As the Commercial Director, you would be a key decision maker, SME in the facility, &amp; report to a Managing Director with<\/strong> <strong>accountability for the following:<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12.16px; line-height: 1.3em;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\">Achieving specific growth objectives and increasing revenue by promoting the company\u2019s products and services to mainly scientists and purchasing managers of existing and potential customers.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12.16px; line-height: 1.3em;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\">Generating of new sales leads and securing new business<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12.16px; line-height: 1.3em;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\">Product management for both internal and external customers<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12.16px; line-height: 1.3em;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\">Meeting or exceeding budgeted revenue objectives by establishing a sales growth plan that includes diversification of customers<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12.16px; line-height: 1.3em;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\">Working with R&amp;D to communicate customers\u2019 needs<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12.16px; line-height: 1.3em;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\">Create sales forecasts, short &amp; long term strategic goals<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12.16px; line-height: 1.3em;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\">Conduct technical presentations to communicate to R&amp;D, contacts at potential customer companies, management teams<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12.16px; line-height: 1.3em;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\">Create relationships to increase long term viability of products, company, customers<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\">Location: The best situation would be for the candidate to be located in Turkey and have the primary office there.
