They are a well-known European firm.\u00a0 Ideally, we are looking for someone with an Engineering degree and some experience related to selling cogeneration equipment and services.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"line-height: 15.808px;\">The firm has an immediate need in Berlin and enjoy providing both engineering expertise and direct sales to a large variety of industries, such as;<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Natural Gas: industrial, commercial, greenhouse, oil &amp; gas, municipalities;<\/li>\n<li>Biogas: farms, cattle farms, breeding, investment funds, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Other Industries; food, hospitals, agriculture, chemicals, etc..<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>In coordination with the Sales Director<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Define the sales strategy for the assigned Area\/Region<\/li>\n<li>Maximize sales, margins and market share in accordance with budget objectives<\/li>\n<li>Manage the entire sales cycle, from the first contact to the closing of the contract<\/li>\n<li>Promote the\u00a0brand and represent the Company in the Area assigned<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>MAIN RESPONSABILITIES<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>In coordination with the Sales Director<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Actively looks for customers and develops the business in the above segments.<\/li>\n<li>Is responsible for the contract negotiation and closing (product + operation &amp; maintenance)<\/li>\n<li>Coordinates the feasibility study process and offer preparation<\/li>\n<li>Builds a solid pipeline of projects to meet or exceed the targets and mid terms results.<\/li>\n<li>Manages and develops Sales Manager and Junior Sales Manager<\/li>\n<li>Updates CRS-CRM, shares info throughout the organization, facilitates sales Audits<\/li>\n<li>Manages the sales administration.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>In coordination with the Marketing Manager: <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Suggests and promotes marketing actions In coordination with HR, and Sales Director<\/li>\n<li>Contributes to team engagement<\/li>\n<li>Creates Self-development planning (in line with training management programs at the organization)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: bold;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: bold;\"><strong>If you are interest for the position, you can send your CV at the hr department of <\/strong><strong>Manager\u2019s Office <\/strong><strong>via email <a href=\"mailto:info@managersoffice.de\">info@managersoffice.de<\/a><\/strong><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Our client has been a world leader in providing Cogeneration solutions throughout the globe for decades.
