Recruits, interviews, hires, trains and coaches Regional Account Managers. Drives accountability at territory level <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\">Develops regional strategy and plan of action for the following therapeutic areas: Oncology, Hepatitis C, Growth Disorders, Autoimmune, Infusion Therapies <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\">Recruits, interviews and hires top talent <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\">Trains and develops talent.
