The sales director is a senior leader, and is expected to provide mentorship, guidance, and skill development for his\/her team.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><strong>The successful candidate is a well-rounded business professional, with acute business sales, strong sales management skills, and undistracted focus in achieving sales targets. In addition to his\/her \u201cin region\u201d responsibilities, he\/she is expected to be the representative for his\/her region within corporate, and to provide a clear vision and context for market opportunities that exist, or may soon exist, in his\/her regional responsibility<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\">Qualifications<\/span><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\">Qualification Requirements:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Education:<br \/>\nBachelor&#8217;s degree required; advanced degree (MBA) highly desirable<\/p>\n<p>Experience:<br \/>\n10-15 years experience with increased responsibility within a well established organization (global company preferred)<br \/>\n5-10 years management level experience<br \/>\n5-10 years experience regional of responsibility<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><strong>Skills:<\/strong><br \/>\nExcellent management skills with the ability to effectively direct the team\u2019s performance in the territory.<br \/>\nIn-depth knowledge of sales principles and practices.<br \/>\nExcellent time management, communication, decision-making, human relations, presentation and organizational skills.<br \/>\nPCs and various software applications.<br \/>\nStrong motivator and influencer of team behavior<br \/>\nStrong relationship builder with both internal and external constituents<br \/>\nAbility to accurately predict revenues, and to develop and execute on go to market plans that meet company objectives<br \/>\nCross cultural ability to accomplish objectives both at headquarters and in the field<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><strong>Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:<br \/>\n<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022 Drives achievement of sales objectives including sales volume, channel development and management, new business development and management of existing revenue streams.<br \/>\n\u2022 Accurately forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly revenue streams.<br \/>\n\u2022 Ensures that sales goals and forecasts are consistent with the organization\u2019s long-range strategic objectives.<br \/>\n\u2022 Works closely with marketing, product management and other related parties to develop local pricing strategies, sales campaigns and any other tools required to be successful in territory.<br \/>\n\u2022 Regularly visits key existing partners\/customers, actively involved in the recruitment of key new partners<br \/>\n\u2022 Actively involved with sales team in the closure of major deals that are critical to revenue goal achievement<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Oversees sales engineering activities to maximize sales revenues and meet corporate objectives.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\">\u2022 Coordinates company resources to ensure the proper use and level of pre-sales technical support.<br \/>\n\u2022 Ensures sales support staff receives training needed to be technically knowledgeable of company&#8217;s products.<br \/>\n\u2022 Oversees the identification of the business and IT needs of key accounts and prospects and ensures pre-sales technical services are in place to meet those needs.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><strong>If you are interest for the position, you can send your CV at the hr department of Manager\u2019s Office via email <\/strong><a href=\"mailto:hr@managersoffice.com.cy\">hr@managersoffice.com.cy<\/a><strong> noting the position code<\/strong>. <\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Director of Sales is responsible for all sales and business development activities in his\/her assigned territory, with a strong&hellip;<\/p>","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":7932,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_mo_disable_npp":""},"categories":[173,174],"tags":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v15.7 -
