{"id":5550,"date":"2016-04-04T07:14:18","date_gmt":"2016-04-04T07:14:18","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/localhost\/test_manager\/senior-director-financial-planning-and-analysis-ru-sdfpa-43r656h\/"},"modified":"2019-07-17T08:09:18","modified_gmt":"2019-07-17T08:09:18","slug":"senior-director-financial-planning-and-analysis-ru-sdfpa-43r656h","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/managersoffice.net\/el\/senior-director-financial-planning-and-analysis-ru-sdfpa-43r656h\/","title":{"rendered":"Senior Director, Financial Planning and Analysis- RU (SDFPA 43R656H)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">The Senior Director, FP&amp;A role is the bridge between products, operations, capital markets, and investor services.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">The essential duties and responsibilities include the following:<br \/>\n<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Hands-on leader including capability development of 2 Managers of Financial Planning and Analysis and 5 Financial and Accounting team members.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Oversee the Financial Planning and Analysis organization and partner with senior leadership to provide value added insight<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Lead periodic forecasts for company near-term &amp; long-term planning to enable achievement of objectives and deliver premier results.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Oversee processes that reviews monthly financial performance, leads a team that identifies trends and offers advice to improve results. Initiates analysis of monthly variances and helps identify those that will be ongoing or changes to run-rates<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Lead implementation of complex financial models to enable robust detailed forecasting, annual and long range planning.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Proactively initiate ad hoc analyses and projects where needed.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Evaluate alternative uses of capital to ensure that projects are expected to return in excess of weighted average cost of capital and\/or are supported by a sound business case. This includes modeling for various investments.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Lead capability development and training (process and\/or financial) and coaching on financial matters to develop greater financial acumen in the business and across the team.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Proactive in change management driving key business initiatives with the goal of continuous improvement.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Support acquisition due diligence efforts and, when required, assumes project management leadership.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Ensure that internal controls are in place, functioning properly and sufficient to protect company assets and the credibility of the financial results.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Requirements:<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Demonstrate leader building capability in highly analytical teams and business partnering with cross functional teams.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Proactive nature seeking opportunities, leading and or performing analysis and making recommendations for Improvements.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Excellent organizational, analytical and leadership skills with particular attention to quality and detail.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Demonstrated ability to multi-task and balance numerous priorities in a fast paced, deadline oriented environment.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Able to listen, ask questions, and determine when Information Is sensitive or confidential.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Very strong communication skills including verbal and written presentations, and the ability to present financial information in a concise manner that drives alignment and enables timely decisions across the organization.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Required Experience <\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Bachelor&#8217;s Degree in Finance or Accounting<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Master preferred<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Exposure to Leasing and capital markets and prior experience In large manufacturing company preferred<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">At least ten years of Financial, Accounting, Planning and Analysis experience with increasing responsibilities<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Minimum of five years leading teams building capability and delivering results<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><strong>If you are interest for the position, you can send your CV at the hr department of Manager\u2019s Office via email <\/strong><a href=\"mailto:info@managersoffice.ru\">info@managersoffice.ru<\/a> <strong>noting the position code<\/strong>.<\/span><\/span><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Senior Director, FP&amp;A role is the bridge between products, operations, capital markets, and investor services.
