{"id":5488,"date":"2015-12-07T09:18:48","date_gmt":"2015-12-07T09:18:48","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/localhost\/test_manager\/commercial-director-uk-cd-u4349942\/"},"modified":"2019-07-16T11:04:20","modified_gmt":"2019-07-16T11:04:20","slug":"commercial-director-uk-cd-u4349942","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/managersoffice.net\/el\/commercial-director-uk-cd-u4349942\/","title":{"rendered":"Commercial Director-UK (CD U4349942)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\">\u03a4\u03bf <strong>Commercial Director<\/strong> is responsible for developing and implementing commercial strategies to increase revenue, as well as, managing the Marketing and Sales work streams for the company. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\">The incumbent will lead a team of Head of Departments for each work stream ensuring customer retention, market growth, innovative product and service launches, adapting marketing plans and sales strategies to support revenue goals.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Here\u2019s what your duties will include:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Plan and execute strategies, in short and long term, to maintain and increase the revenues of the business and include, but not limited, to innovative products or services to improve the needs of customers.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Drive revenue and subscriber growth, customer retention, improve the customer\u00b4s performance and market share to achieve the specific goals approved in the budget<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Oversees the marketing department and personnel ensuring continuous alignment to key business goals and objectives.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Oversee the telesales, retail and door-to-door sales operations with the aim of optimizing operational efficiencies, sales volumes and profitability.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Identify the strategies to assign prices to the product and services that the company provides to customer, considering the conditions on the market and the aggressiveness of the others competitors.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Develop and execute loyalty programs to be implemented in the company to reduce the churn and maximize the investment to acquire new customers.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Meet the market developments and products to implement the necessary measures to adapt to the new trends.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Research the market, anticipating the evolution and anticipating the necessary steps to adapt to new tendencies or inclinations, utilizing enterprise and industry\/market trends and regular benchmarking exercises<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Desired Skills &amp; Experience:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Master\u2019s degree OR equivalent combination of education and experience<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\">5-6 years\u2019 experience performing similar role \/ duties.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Experience in and with the mobile telecommunications sector would be considered a valuable asset.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\">An acceptable combination of academic qualifications and work experience may be considered in lieu of minimum requirements.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><strong>If you are interest for the position, you can send your CV at the hr department of <\/strong><strong>Manager\u2019s Office <\/strong><strong>via email <\/strong><a href=\"mailto:hr@managersoffice.co.uk\">hr@managersoffice.co.uk<\/a> <strong>noting the position code<\/strong>. <\/span><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Commercial Director is responsible for developing and implementing commercial strategies to increase revenue, as well as, managing the Marketing&hellip;<\/p>","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":7932,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_mo_disable_npp":""},"categories":[173,174],"tags":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v15.7 -
