font-size: small; line-height: 15.808px;\">\n<li><span style=\"line-height: 1.3em;\">Meets or exceeds budgeted for the hotel.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"line-height: 1.3em;\">Work directly with the General Manager, SVP Global Sales, Chief Operating Officer, and other executive management on the business plan, trimester plan, and budgets.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"line-height: 1.3em;\">Prepares hotels Annual Marketing plan.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"line-height: 1.3em;\">Prepares departmental budget that correctly reflects the hotels business plan.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"line-height: 1.3em;\">Forecasts occupancy fluctuations and directs selling activities to maximize revenues.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"line-height: 1.3em;\">Knows the hotels demand segments, sources of business for each, and balances market segments according to supply and demand.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"line-height: 1.3em;\">Knows the principal competition for each market segment and takes advantage of hotels strengths against each competitor.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"line-height: 1.3em;\">Accurately forecasts occupancy changes based on changing market conditions (additions to supply and demand, etc.).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\">Guest Services <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"line-height: 1.3em;\">Supports guest service as the hotels driving philosophy.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"line-height: 1.3em;\">Personally demonstrates a commitment to guest service by responding to guests needs.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"line-height: 1.3em;\">Responds and follows up via Trip Advisor, guest comment cards, or other modes of guest satisfaction<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\">Marketing and Sales Management <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"line-height: 1.3em;\">Develops\/assists with development of the hotels marketing and sales plan based on the hotels position and strengths within each market segment.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"line-height: 1.3em;\">Implements hotels marketing and sales plan.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"line-height: 1.3em;\">Analyzes and understands the competitions strengths and weaknesses for each market segment and successfully directs marketing activities against each.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"line-height: 1.3em;\">Identifies and maintains constant communications with the hotels key accounts.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"line-height: 1.3em;\">Actively sells room nights through outside sales calls, telemarketing, tours, etc.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"line-height: 1.3em;\">Makes outbound lead follow up calls to potential and existing customers by telephone and in person to qualify leads and sell hotel services.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\">Human Resources <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"line-height: 1.3em;\">Maintains clear communication with sales managers and the entire sales team in order to review and give feedback on sales performance<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"line-height: 1.3em;\">Ensures that hotel employees (specifically front desk staff) are familiar with key accounts and specifics (special rates, special requirements, etc.) relating to business booked in the hotel.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"line-height: 1.3em;\">Helps to develop management talent
