The position will also be responsible for managing and interpreting sales reporting to synthesize for the information for leadership.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\">Primary Responsibilities:<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\">Develop strategic plans to better position products for success in all channels.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\">Act as key contact and Device Marketing representative to rest of organization for strategic devices.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\">Work with manufacturers, factory representatives, and third party agencies to refine and optimize offerings.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\">Collaborate with cross functional teams to execute initiatives.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\">Moto Maker <\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\">Oversee enhancements to the program to achieve best-in-class operations and customer experience.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\">Work with IT as well as other cross functional groups to manage and maintain the current implementation of the Moto Maker program.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\">Maintain and own all existing field communications and training materials related to the Moto Maker program.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\">Work with internal and external cross functional teams to evolve the current Moto Maker program.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\">Project Management <\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\">Manage ad-hoc projects as needed related to Device Marketing key initiatives.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\">Qualifications<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\">Education: Bachelor&#8217;s degree in marketing, business or related field preferred<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\">Experience: 6+ years&#8217; experience in retail sales, retail operations, vendor management and\/or marketing in wireless or related industry<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\">Thoroughly understands telecommunications\/wireless fundamentals, architecture, drivers, and industry players<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\">Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, complete important time sensitive tasks, adapt quickly to last minute changes and manage multiple projects simultaneously<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\">Has business\/industry insight\/forward thinker<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\">Results oriented, strong sense of urgency, proactive and flexible<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\">Strong leadership skills, proven success on high impact projects<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\">Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\">Good analysis, design and technical skills required<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\">Good organizational and problem solving abilities<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\">Ability to independently prioritize work assignments, based on changing business needs<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\">Ability to communicate with all levels of management in a professional capacity<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\">Strong analytical and reporting skills with the experience and ability to be accountable for the
