They are responsible for the execution and analysis of our email marketing, the affiliate program, the net marketplaces, and mobile strategies, PPC, SEO, display ads, social media and other web based marketing programs.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\">LEADERSHIP<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\">-Serve as subject matter expert overseeing all aspects of our website and e-Commerce marketing<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\">-Serve as a team mentor for all members of the departments. Build and lead a high-performing team of experts in e- <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\"> Marketing. Hire, coach, and manage the technology and business team members and communicate issues and <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\"> progress to management as needed. Align staff according to skill set and experience to support delivery team goals<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\">-Be the process advocate for the E-Commerce department and implement process change designed to enable the <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\"> scaling of the business while collaborating with all facets of the business to assure that recommended changes promote <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\"> efficiencies and excellence<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\">-Marketing and merchandising initiatives<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\">-Manage the process of the team and find more efficient solutions for working together<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\">-Establish and ensure the integrity of traffic and conversion reporting using Google Analytics and other tools<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\">-Drive forward strategies and tactics of our e-commerce roadmap<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\">-Provide clear and concise communication of new project status to executive management<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\">PRODUCTION<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\">-Be the central point-of-contact for operational issues that escalate on a daily basis, drive solutions and improve <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\"> processes to increase efficiencies<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\">-Make recommendations and implement site product improvements including feature enhancements, portal development, page load efficiency etc.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\">-Run daily meetings within E-department<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\">-Process Minded: Evolve processes to ensure accurate delivery while maintaining the agility of the ecommerce platform. -Determine, based on multiple factors within the organization, which process should be maintained or altered based on <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\"> changing business conditions.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\">DESIRED SKILLS &amp; EXPERIENCE<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\">KEY ATTRIBUTES<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\">-Understanding of the internet protocols and how the internet works from a technical and a business perspective<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\">-5+ years of experience in internet marketing specifically with E-Commerce<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\">-5+ years\u2019 experience working with multiple ecommerce marketing channels and working to grow and develop those <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\"> channels.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\">-5+ years\u2019 experience with B-2-C<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\">-Familiarity with financials and budgeting<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\">-Strong analytical skills and a pattern of fact-based decision making<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\">-Knowledge of the Collections etc. brand and enthusiasm for the
