What You Will Be Doing<\/h4>\n

– expanding sales footprint within motor manufacturing OEMs
\n– building a BRAND NEW TERRITORY that is successful
\n– developing & cultivating new customers
\n– increasing market share
\n– maintaining existing customers & ensuring their continued business
\n– managing your time to meet set goals
\n– following up on all leads and sales opportunities in a timely manner
\n– responding immediately to RFQ’s, RFP’s, information requests &
\n– professionally represent the company at all times, including trade shows and business events<\/p>\n

What You Need for this Position<\/h4>\n

– 2+ years of experience in technical sales ** working with OEM’s is a BIG plus!
\n– Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering
\n– Dynamic and APPROPRIATELY aggressive personality
\n– Passion for building strong, profitable & lasting relationships with customers
\n– Must be computer literate (MS Suite); Lotus note and JD Edwards a plus
\n– Personality and sales approach that is customer-centric, tactful & diplomatic
\n– Ability to be successful & meet\/surpass goals working in a remote situation
\n– Ability to travel (sometimes extensively)<\/p>\n
