{"id":5313,"date":"2015-05-12T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2015-05-12T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/localhost\/test_manager\/sales-manager-2532366cy-5\/"},"modified":"2019-07-17T08:14:31","modified_gmt":"2019-07-17T08:14:31","slug":"sales-manager-2532366cy-5","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/managersoffice.net\/el\/sales-manager-2532366cy-5\/","title":{"rendered":"Human Resources Manager &#8211; DE (HRM 265694)"},"content":{"rendered":"<div><\/div>\n<h3>Duties and Responsibilities:<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Benefits, Compensation &amp; Payroll<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<ul>\n<li>Design quarterly benefit newsletters to educate our employees on their benefit options.<\/li>\n<li>Research and recommend cost-effective benefit programs (wellness, childcare support, gym, etc.).<\/li>\n<li>Develop and manage system for tracking employee time-off and leave policies.<\/li>\n<li>Review benefits billing process monthly to ensure fiscal accuracy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage special situations including garnishments (e.g. child support, tax levies) and state agency requests (e.g. unemployment, disability, payroll taxes). <strong>Management &amp; Communication<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Draft HR-related organization wide communications for HR Director.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<ul>\n<li>Directly manage two (2) HR Associates.<\/li>\n<li>Establish weekly work plan to effectively meet all goals.<\/li>\n<li>Research learning and training opportunities for HR Associates\u2019 development.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in developing team goals and priorities.<\/li>\n<li>Provide support and become a resource for all employees. Build and maintain healthy relationships with all employees.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor degree with at least 5-7 years of work experience<\/li>\n<li>At least 5 years of Human Resources or related experience<\/li>\n<li>Professional in Human Resources (PHR) preferred<\/li>\n<li>Experience managing teams to results (leadership skill set)<\/li>\n<li>Entrepreneurial mindset, with the creativity and versatility to work productively in a fast-paced environment<\/li>\n<li>Exceptional verbal and written communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint and ADP HRB\/Portal Administration (a must)<\/li>\n<li>Meticulous attention to detail with an ability to produce high quality work in a dynamic environment<\/li>\n<li>Clear record of progressive career advancement in Human Resources<\/li>\n<li>Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop productive working relationships with stakeholders across functional and organizational lines<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>If you are interest for the position, you can send your CV at the hr department of <\/strong><strong>Manager\u2019s Office <\/strong><strong>via email <\/strong><a href=\"mailto:info@managersoffice.de\">info@managersoffice.de<\/a> <strong>noting the position code<\/strong>.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Human Resources Manager &#8211;
