{"id":5293,"date":"2015-04-28T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2015-04-28T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/localhost\/test_manager\/sales-manager-2532366cy-2\/"},"modified":"2019-07-17T08:16:43","modified_gmt":"2019-07-17T08:16:43","slug":"sales-manager-2532366cy-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/managersoffice.net\/el\/sales-manager-2532366cy-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Marketing Manager (MM 987447)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Responsibilities include working closely with our Corporate Communications colleagues as well as interfacing with functional teams and agency partners to ensure marketing strategies are executed in a synergistic manner for internal and external audiences.\u00a0 The Marketing Manager serves as an internal brand champion.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Role &amp; Responsibility<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Overall, provide organization with strategic and executional support for\u00a0downstream marketing (i.e. marketing, advertising and promotions).<\/li>\n<li>Help manage Marketing including branding,\u00a0advertising and sales materials.\u00a0This includes management of materials developed by advertising agency partners.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for creating and updating capabilities presentations (as appropriate) as well as ensuring information is current and accessible on the company\u2019s intranet.<\/li>\n<li>Key and active participant in the development (and appropriate updating) of the company\u2019s new Corporate Web site.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for competitive intelligence tracking and reporting.\u00a0 This data should yield competitive insights\u00a0and implications that will be leveraged in strategic initiatives.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for\u00a0collecting campaign metrics (publications, online, etc.) and providing\u00a0monthly observations and recommendations.<\/li>\n<li>Manage execution of in Ventiv Health and CCO marketing materials for\u00a0industry tradeshows\/conferences.\u00a0Work with key stakeholders and coordinate with <em>in Ventiv Business \u00a0 Development Conference &amp; Networking Coordinator<\/em> to ensure seamless execution.<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with Clinical counterparts to ensure seamless execution of\u00a0in Ventiv Health initiatives.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in management of marketing budget as well as internal billing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Education and Experience<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelors Degree Required<\/li>\n<li>4+years of Marketing and\/or Advertising experience in pharma, packaged goods and B2B.<\/li>\n<li>Experience delivering marketing efforts via multi-channel strategies including digital<\/li>\n<li>Background in customer relationship marketing &#8211; managing consumer acquisition and adherence programs<\/li>\n<li>Background in marketing strategy development<\/li>\n<li>Strong tactical execution experience \u2013 handling multiple and deadlines<\/li>\n<li>B2B experienced preferred, but not required depending on marketing background<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Knowledge, Skills and Abilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to manage marketing plans and strategic initiatives<\/li>\n<li>Ability to execute multiple tactics and objectives within prescribed timelines<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of new product development process \u2013 including brand identity<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage outsourced marketing\/research\/advertising activities partners<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical and problem solving skills<\/li>\n<li>Effective writing and presentation skills (both creating and presenting)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Supervisory Responsibility<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Not currently; however, this role <em>may<\/em> have one direct report, in the future<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Desired Leadership Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to foster team oriented environment<\/li>\n<li>Ability to inspire and influence others to achieve results<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>If you are interest for the position, you can send your CV at the hr department of <\/strong><strong>Manager\u2019s Office Cyprus <\/strong><strong>via email <\/strong><strong><a href=\"mailto:hr@managersoffice.com.uk\">hr@managersoffice.com.uk<\/a> <\/strong><strong> noting the position code<\/strong>.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Marketing Manager (MM 987447)<\/p>","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":7932,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_mo_disable_npp":""},"categories":[173],"tags":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v15.7 -
