Project Manager – Financial Services<\/span><\/p>\n

Job Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Our client, a prestigious, global banking organization, is looking for a Project<\/p>\n

Manager with a Trading \/ Market Risk background to support the CCAR Initiative.<\/p>\n

This is a full time employee position with our client in New York City, NY.<\/p>\n

The position involves coordinating the projects integral to the effective functioning of the CCAR Trading work stream in
\nresponse to regulatory feedback.<\/p>\n

Job Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n

– Developing project plans, leading work stream meetings, producing detailed minutes<\/p>\n

– Working with stakeholders to insure plan milestones are completed in a timely manner, tracking deliverables, issues and
\nother items, as well as ad-hoc analysis<\/p>\n

– Support for analysis during regulatory reviews, including answering regulator’s questions, creating presentations, writing
\nformal responses, creating supporting documentation and data analysis.<\/p>\n

– Involvement in the review of systems design, testing and production support of the CCAR reporting platforms.<\/p>\n

– Other project related tasks, as needed.<\/p>\n

Job Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n

– Analytical, flexible, team-oriented with good interpersonal, communication and follow-up skills<\/p>\n

– Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task, as well as a high level of organizational ability<\/p>\n

– Self-starter who works without detailed oversight, but provides appropriate level of communication to management, and can identify risks and escalate in a timely manner<\/p>\n

– Excellent technical proficiency in MS Project, MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint<\/p>\n

– Experience tracking project milestones using MS Project<\/p>\n

– Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with partners from other organizations, as well as with offsite teams<\/p>\n

– Ability to work in fast-paced environment, juggling multiple deliverables and ad-hoc requests<\/p>\n

– Ability to facilitate discussions, conduct group meetings and drive initiatives to conclusion<\/p>\n

– Bachelor’s degree<\/p>\n

– 5 years business experience; 2 years of project management experience preferred<\/p>\n

– Financial services experience with Trading \/ Market Risk background preferred<\/p>\n

– PMP certification preferred<\/p>\n

– Experience with Regulatory Risk\/Risk Technology a plus<\/p>\n

– SharePoint and MS Visio a plus<\/p>\n

– Experience in a Program Level Matrix Management environment with tracking, planning, monitoring and reporting of projects a plus<\/p>\n
