The Assistant Store Manager helps oversee the daily retail store operations. Working as part of a team, he or
\nshe is accountable for the completion of all duties necessary to operate on a daily basis.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n


\nKey Accountabilities<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 Managing the resources of the store to maintain inventory and maximize results;<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Ensuring that company rules and regulations are explained, understood and properly followed by all team
\nmembers;<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Managing work schedules according to budgeted hours and business needs;<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Managing and resolving customer complaints, questions and\/or inquiries;<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Ensuring that store opening\/closing and asset management procedures are properly followed;<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Ensuring that employees work safely in accordance with health and safety standards.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n


\nJob Requirements<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the retail industry, including at least 2 years in a supervisory
\nposition;<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Strong merchandising skills;<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Flexibility with regard to availabilities and work schedules (day, evening, week-end);<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Ability to work in a fast paced and high volume environment;<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Ability to efficiently organize time and manage priorities;<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Strong leadership and communication skills.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
