Our client a premier pharmaceutical & healthcare advertising company in Bulgaria is actively seeking an experienced a strong Account Supervisor.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\n

Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to the following:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 Make strategic recommendations to the clients (positioning, creative branding, and marketing.)<\/p>\n

\u2022 High Science experience a plus<\/p>\n

\u2022 Facilitate the development of creative briefs with the clients.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Establish creative direction with the client.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Manage and develop jr account team members.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Excellent communication skills in both a team setting as well as in front of the client (pitches & proposals)<\/p>\n

\u2022 Thorough understanding of client positioning and competitive market forces.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Ability to bring organically grow business within assigned clients and accounts<\/p>\n

\u2022 Experience and ability working on multiple accounts or a very large single company account<\/p>\n

\u2022 Identify opportunities to help client grow business.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Develop and manage assigned client budgets to stay within budget and ensure account forecasted
\nprofitability.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Strong team mentoring and management skills\/experience<\/p>\n

\u2022 Effectively develops brand strategic brief.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Strong inner department skills working together for the benefit of the client<\/p>\n

Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022<\/strong> Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences or related field<\/p>\n

\u2022 3+ years of healthcare\/pharmaceutical advertising experience<\/p>\n

\u2022 Pharmaceutical Advertising\/Pharma Marketing\/Medical Education industry experience is required<\/p>\n

\u2022 High Science experience a plus, any therapeutic area will be considered<\/p>\n

\u2022 Excellent organizational skills, strategic thinking, and leadership experience<\/p>\n

\u2022 Excellent communication skills both oral and written<\/p>\n

\u2022 Strong desire to succeed and deliver<\/p>\n

\u2022 Establish & maintain effective relationships with clients<\/p>\n
