Understands how Health\u00a0 first goals relate to sales performance and meet established quotas. Clearly articulate each product line to\u00a0 prospective clients.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"line-height: 1.3em;\">&#8211; Calls prospective SHP clients according to approved scripts within 24 hours.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&#8211;<span style=\"line-height: 1.3em;\"> Searches ePACEs for Medicaid eligibility, exclusion and exemption codes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"line-height: 1.3em;\">&#8211; Documents all client calls and outcomes in pre-enrollment database system.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"line-height: 1.3em;\">&#8211; Achieves daily, weekly and monthly goals for outbound telemarketing calls and booking appointments.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"line-height: 1.3em;\">&#8211; Calls prospective Health first Complete Care clients according to Centers for Medicare &amp; Medicaid Services (CMS)<br \/>\napproved\u00a0scripts within 24 hours.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"line-height: 1.3em;\">&#8211; Searches ePACES for Medicaid and Medicare eligibility, exclusion and exemption codes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"line-height: 1.3em;\">&#8211; Achieves daily, weekly and monthly goals for outbound telemarketing calls and booking appointments.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"line-height: 1.3em;\">&#8211; Documents all special instructions in EMR schedule notes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"line-height: 1.3em;\">&#8211; Documents all client replies in EMR 1st-5th Contact milestones.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"line-height: 1.3em;\">&#8211; Documents all special instructions in EMR schedule notes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"line-height: 1.3em;\">&#8211; Documents all client replies to calls in EMR 1st-5th Contact milestones.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"line-height: 1.3em;\">&#8211; Coordinates the preparation of fulfillment kits to prospective members or those requesting addition information<br \/>\nin a timely manner.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"line-height: 1.3em;\">&#8211; Working under the direction of the Relationship Manager, maneuvers multiple tasks independently with a<br \/>\nfast-paced proactive vs. reactive approach \u00a0to changing priorities, call volume and telemarketing calls and<br \/>\nappointment goals.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"line-height: 1.3em;\">&#8211; Attention to managing many details and remaining focused in an environment with distractions.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"line-height: 1.3em;\">&#8211; Contribute creative solutions and ownership of daily assignments for seamless communication and systematic<br \/>\ncompletion\u00a0of routine and special projects.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Minimum Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"line-height: 1.3em;\">&#8211; Fluency in reading and speaking Spanish and English.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"line-height: 1.3em;\">&#8211; Inbound and outbound call center work experience with telemarketing responsibilities.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"line-height: 1.3em;\">&#8211; Work experience within the healthcare industry.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"line-height: 1.3em;\">&#8211; A solid commitment to improving care for frail adults.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"line-height: 1.3em;\">&#8211; Must demonstrate a solid commitment to improving care for frail adults, as well as, a solid understanding of<br \/>\nthe value of\u00a0integrated care.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"line-height: 1.3em;\">&#8211; Occasional overtime with potential for occasional weekends.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"line-height: 1.3em;\">&#8211; High school diploma or GED.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"line-height: 1.3em;\">&#8211; Associate&#8217;s degree or higher from an accredited institution.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"line-height: 1.3em;\">&#8211; Medicare, Medicaid, or Managed Care experience.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"line-height: 1.3em;\">&#8211; Telephonic experience with frail adult or elderly population.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"line-height: 1.3em;\">&#8211; Ability to create a positive impression during first contact with prospective members by setting the tone and<br \/>\nbeing able\u00a0to immediately demonstrate product knowledge and credibility with the goal of maximizing the<br \/>\nnumber of scheduled appointments to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
