The\u00a0client provides virtual learning products, services and consulting to pharmaceutical companies in<br \/>\norder to help them \u00a0cost-effectively deliver high-impact remote live training. The position is field-based with up<br \/>\nto 90% of time spent at client\u00a0locations and working from home.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Will be responsible for growing revenue at assigned pharmaceutical accounts via a consultative selling approach<br \/>\nthat leverages\u00a0his\/her expertise and skills growing trusted client relationships. Prior experience selling corporate<br \/>\ntraining services and\/or products\u00a0as a sales representative is required.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from new opportunity identification and development to client<br \/>\nacceptance of sales\u00a0proposals. This includes building a pipeline of opportunities in new and assigned accounts,<br \/>\nleading sales proposal teams, managing\u00a0the selling process and closing sales.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Will report to the Vice President of Sales. Significant time will be spent in the field calling on clients and<br \/>\nattending\u00a0client meetings\u00a0and industry conferences.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Sell virtual training software, services and consulting to one or more pharmaceutical companies in\u00a0<span style=\"line-height: 1.3em;\">assigned<br \/>\naccount portfolio<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Grow revenue in assigned accounts and forecast growth to expectations established collaboratively\u00a0<span style=\"line-height: 1.3em;\">with<br \/>\nVice President of Sales<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Define client business requirements, manage changing requirements and effectively communicate<br \/>\n<span style=\"line-height: 1.3em;\">requirements to internal\u00a0execution and support teams<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Work closely with internal execution and support teams to deliver training services and software<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Establish and grow client relationships to increase overall client satisfaction<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Assist in the development of client product launches, plans of action and new hire training curriculums<\/p>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Exceptional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills in order to interact with\u00a0<span style=\"line-height: 1.3em;\">individuals<br \/>\nat all levels within\u00a0a client organization<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Strong leadership skills with an emphasis on collaborative selling<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Proven ability to define, manage and communicate client business requirements to production and<br \/>\n<span style=\"line-height: 1.3em;\">technical teams<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Strong general technical and computing capabilities with understanding of and experience with\u00a0<span style=\"line-height: 1.3em;\">enterprise<br \/>\nsoftware<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 1+ year of experience creating, delivering and selling virtual training services; with understanding of\u00a0<span style=\"line-height: 1.3em;\">training<br \/>\ndelivery and\u00a0curriculum \/ courseware development process.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Experience in pharmaceutical commercial sales preferred<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 2-5 years of experience negotiating terms of client proposals<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 2-5 years of experience developing solutions for complex applications<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 2-5 years of experience managing the end-to-end selling process<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Bachelor&#8217;s degree<\/p>\n<p><strong>If you are interest for the position, you can send your CV at the hr department of Manager\u2019s Office via email <a href=\"mailto:hr@managersoffice.co.uk\">hr@managersoffice.co.uk<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Pharmaceutical Sales \u00a0Representative ManagerUK(PSRM &#8211; 74211)<\/p>","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":7932,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_mo_disable_npp":""},"categories":[173],"tags":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v15.7 -
