Summary:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

The Direct Sales team works to acquire new subscribers using a combination of telephone, and internet-based selling.
\nAs a part of the cross-functional team that\u00a0includes Marketing and DNS (installations) Direct Sales works to ensure that
\nour client continues to grow beyond being the third largest pay-TV company in the Bulgaria.<\/p>\n

Our Inside Sales Leads are key individuals that contribute directly to the company\u2019s goal of becoming the number one
\nsatellite TV provider in the Bulgaria.\u00a0They have the opportunity to earn a substantial income through a generous base
\nsalary and lucrative commission plan.<\/p>\n

Job Duties and Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n

As front line management, this individual will be responsible for teaching,\u00a0developing,leading, and motivating a team
\nof our client Network Inside Sales\u00a0Associates.\u00a0Sales Leads will supervise and coordinate activities to ensure that
\ndepartment goals are met and surpassed.<\/p>\n

Responsibilities include:<\/strong><\/p>\n

– Facilitate team meetings to ensure effective communication and provide team members with information and
\nresources.<\/p>\n

– Ensure adequate standards are met for attendance, payroll, performance\u00a0documentation and other established
\nprocesses.<\/p>\n

– Properly analyze and communicate sales results, productivity, and quality.<\/p>\n

– Assist Sales Associates by resolving incoming sales calls that require a higherlevel of expertise in order to
\nprovide a quality customer experience.<\/p>\n

– Manage and evaluate direct reports through mentoring, providing feedback,\u00a0and driving results.<\/p>\n

– Communicate effectively with internal staff and management.<\/p>\n

Skills – Experience and Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Education and Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n

– High school diploma or general education degree (GED); college education\u00a0preferred.<\/p>\n

– 1 year or more of Direct Sales supervisory experience.<\/p>\n

Skills and Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n

– Assertive, yet consultative and results oriented with a contagious competitive
\nattitude.<\/p>\n

– Intermediate computer and data entry skills including use of the web.<\/p>\n

– Excellent communication skills; including, articulation, grammar, and persuasion.<\/p>\n

Additional Information<\/strong><\/p>\n

– Our National Sales Centers are open seven days a week, 18 hours per day and\u00a0our regular full-time
\nschedules fall within those operating hours. Schedules tend\u00a0to remain fixed; however, flexibility is
\na requirement.<\/p>\n
