Due to business expansion, our client is looking for a professional with:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Roles and responsibilities:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

– Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers<\/p>\n

– Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships<\/p>\n

– Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key customer stakeholders and executive sponsors<\/p>\n

– Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives<\/p>\n

– Communicate clearly the progress of monthly\/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders<\/p>\n

– Forecast and track key account metrics<\/p>\n

– Identify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment<\/p>\n

– Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed<\/p>\n

Position Requirements:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

– A minimum of 2 years of account management experience<\/p>\n

– Excellent Russian and English language<\/p>\n

– Transport and logistics experience would be an advantage<\/p>\n

– Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all
\nlevels of the organization,<\/p>\n

– Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs<\/p>\n

– Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail<\/p>\n

– Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills<\/p>\n

– Excellent verbal and written communications skills<\/p>\n
