Due to business expansion, our client is looking for a professional with:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Roles and responsibilities:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

– Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing Manager and with the Assistant Vice President<\/p>\n

– Production in aligning the operational requirements with customer expectations to avoid any
\noperational issues<\/p>\n

– Control and minimize costs without compromising on product quality and service<\/p>\n

– Prepare monthly\/annual budget on CAPEX, manpower, inventory and to exercise cost control
\nto achieve key\u00a0performance indicators to improve profits<\/p>\n

– Partnering with human resources in conducting training, disciplinary and grievances meetings,
\nrecruitments and performance management for the department employees<\/p>\n

-Establish and maintain high level relationships with potential clients and key customers to promote and secure future\/repeat businesses<\/p>\n

– Monitor overall budget regarding food cost, revenues and overtime, as well as expense reduction through cost control and management of overall financial matters<\/p>\n

Position Requirements:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

– 6 to 8 years of experience in the food sector<\/p>\n

– A masters degree in Business or Marketing<\/p>\n

– Excellent Spanish and English language<\/p>\n

– Have a demonstrated ability to control costs and drive sales.<\/p>\n

– Be a reliable and trusted person who can work autonomously.<\/p>\n

– Be passionate about food and beverage service.<\/p>\n

– Have a strong orientation towards continuous improvement and the ability to set, implement
\nand review service\u00a0standards.<\/p>\n

– Be a natural team leader who is able to provide a safe working environment for their employees
\nand manage\u00a0employee performance in a professional and structured manner.<\/p>\n

– Possess a high degree of computer literacy.<\/p>\n
