Due to business expansion, our client is looking for a professional with:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Roles and responsibilities:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

– Performs clerical processing of orders and requests which includes record search, investigation of problems and complaints<\/p>\n

– Receives customer orders, service requests and customer complaints by phone, fax, mail or e-mail<\/p>\n

– Provides customer with accurate information regarding our products and sales promotions, customer orders and our service guidelines (product returns \/ complaints)<\/p>\n

– Gets familiar and adheres to our company policies and procedures regarding order processing and complaint handling<\/p>\n

– Complies with ISO procedures Other responsibilities and duties may be assigned as needed.<\/p>\n

Position Requirements:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

– Native English and fluent French is a must<\/p>\n

– Have or develop proficiency in both customer service and sales administration skills<\/p>\n

– Strong communication skills (clear, intelligible verbal communication, probe for information) as communication with\u00a0customers and sales representatives is often needed<\/p>\n

– Ability to operate computer systems with accuracy and efficiency<\/p>\n

– Give attention to detail<\/p>\n

– Basic knowledge of Excel and Word<\/p>\n

– Ability to work independently<\/p>\n

– Flexible and outgoing team player<\/p>\n

– Personality with conflict resolution skills<\/p>\n

– Ability to adapt and implement new procedures as required to provide excellent customer service<\/p>\n
