Our client, seeks a Sales Director Manager:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

The Executive Director, North America Sales works in partnership with the Vice President developing the sales
\nstrategy and sales\u00a0execution, so that the brand achieves its sales objectives in new salon business, existing salon
\nbusiness and in the retail channel.<\/p>\n

This position reports to the Vice President, North America Sales and acts as second in command for the North
\nAmerica Sales team.<\/p>\n

This position is responsible for 5 Directors of Sales, plus 1 NY Sales Team Manager. Position requires up to 75% travel.<\/p>\n

Responsibilities:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

– Development of sales support plans \u2013 through strategic outlook, and an in depth study of our business model,
\n so that territories, resource allocation, and job descriptions all align to bring the most effective results<\/span><\/p>\n

–\u00a0Oversee North America Sales \u2013 consisting of New Business Development, New York Based Sales, and Salon\u00a0\u03a0\u03a9\u039b\u0397\u03a3\u0395\u0399\u03a3<\/span><\/p>\n

–\u00a0Provide overall guidance to field sales team \u2013 ensuring effective development and implementation of strategic
\n Sales plans.<\/span><\/p>\n

–\u00a0Lead, develop and motivate sales team to deliver quarterly targets, sales and expense management.<\/p>\n

–\u00a0Continual assessment of talents and capabilities of team \u2013 determining needs for training. Execute a consistent
\n Performance evaluation program.<\/span><\/p>\n

–\u00a0Act as a proxy for the VP, North America Sales \u2013 sitting in key meetings<\/p>\n

–\u00a0Ensure the development and implementation of effective practices and policies for the sales team.<\/p>\n

–\u00a0Establish and maintain an effective system of communication for sales team.<\/p>\n

Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n

–\u00a010 years sales management experience<\/p>\n

–\u00a0Ideal candidate has both salon and retail channel sales experience<\/p>\n

–\u00a0Salon experience preferred<\/p>\n

–\u00a0New Business experience a plus<\/p>\n

–\u00a0Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills<\/p>\n

–\u00a0Proven leadership and management capabilities.<\/p>\n

–\u00a0Customer service oriented<\/p>\n

–\u00a0Dynamic, energetic, motivating style<\/p>\n

–\u00a0Excellent presentation skills.<\/p>\n
