Develop an understanding of how our customers do business,<br \/>\nof what role our products play in that business.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-weight: bold;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Problem Solving and Functional Awareness<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Understand, troubleshoot, analyze and resolve software issues reported by customers implementation staff<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Apply and utilize knowledge gained from industry\/product expertise and technical understanding to quickly\u00a0identify\u00a0issues and render solutions<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Prioritizes tasks and accurately document the nature of the reported problem<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Must be able to quickly assess the problem at hand and understand how important or unimportant the particular issue is to the customer all while keeping the big picture in mind<\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-weight: bold;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><br \/>\nResolution Delivery<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Provide an outstanding customer experience at all times \u2013 live &amp; breathe customer satisfaction<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Be the customer\u2019s advocate\/champion \u2013 represent their needs\/concerns<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Receive and respond promptly to all customer inquiries (web based requests, phone calls and emails)<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Understand, troubleshoot, analyze and resolve reported issues\/questions.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Engage internal product management and development teams as necessary to resolve issues.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Ensure that customer inquiries\/concerns are resolved in a timely manner.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Build strong relationships with both customer \u2013 make every customer experience positive<\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-weight: bold;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><br \/>\nGeneral Qualifications:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Willingness to take the lead on all customer communications<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Excellent knowledge of all customer support areas.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Excellent time management, decision-making, presentation, relationship, and organizational skills<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Must thrive in a fast-paced, time-compressed and dynamic environment<\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-weight: bold;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><br \/>\nEducation and\/or Experience:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bachelor&#8217;s degree (B.S.) from four-year college or university; or up to six years related experience and\/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
