Due to business expansion, our client is looking for a professional with:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Roles and responsibilities:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

– Research, initiate and execute plans to develop partnerships with online affiliates, affiliate networks and Introducing Brokers (IBs)<\/span><\/p>\n

– Assist in setting annual targets and budgets in all geographical regions and meet such goals<\/p>\n

– Enhance and also build where necessary, processes, systems and features to support business growth in acquiring new online affiliates and IBs<\/p>\n

– Work closely with the within marketing to implement marketing campaigns targeted at attracting new\u00a0affiliates and IBs and campaigns to improve retention<\/p>\n

– To work closely with the product management team in order to develop dedicated technology and features for managing affiliates and IBs<\/p>\n

– Maintain direct contact with affiliates and IBs, hence ensuring excellent service standards<\/p>\n

– Ensure alignment with budget controls<\/p>\n

Position Requirements:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

– At least 3-5 years experience in a similar role in the Forex industry<\/p>\n

– Excellent sales and negotiation track record<\/p>\n

– Well versed in e-commerce practices and networking<\/p>\n

– Excellent marketing and promotional background<\/p>\n

– Relevant managerial experience, especially in multidimensional matrix management<\/p>\n

– Degree or equivalent (Business, Marketing or related)<\/p>\n

– Excellent Computer skills and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)<\/p>\n

– Internet capabilities<\/p>\n

– Native Chinese and fluency in English is a must (additional languages is an advantage)<\/p>\n
