The role is responsible to develop and monitor a company\u2019s supply chain strategy. Their goal is to improve productivity and efficiency and reduce costs while securing high quality material for their company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Your main accountabilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Create the company\u2019s supply chain strategy<\/li><li><strong>Developing and Implementing Procurement Strategies<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Creating and executing strategies to ensure the organization has the necessary resources while optimizing costs and quality.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><strong>Contract Negotiation:<\/strong><\/li><li>Negotiating favorable terms and conditions with suppliers, including pricing, delivery schedules, and service level agreements.&nbsp;<\/li><li><strong>Cost Analysis and Optimization:<\/strong><\/li><li>Analyzing spending patterns, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and implementing strategies to reduce procurement costs.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Analyze data from shipping and delivering processes to find bottlenecks and other issues&nbsp;<\/li><li>Evaluate and report on KPIs&nbsp;<\/li><li>Monitor logistics to make sure they run smoothly&nbsp;<\/li><li>Maintain supply chain inventory and records<\/li><li>Train and guide employees<\/li><li>Find cost-effective solutions for supply chain processes<\/li><li>Resolve issues that come up (e.g. delays in delivery, accidents)<\/li><li>Collaborate with other departments to create coordinated plans for business growth<\/li><li>Develop and implement safety guidelines in all aspects of the supply chain (e.g. use of trucks, forklifts)<\/li><li>Ensure supply chain processes meet legal requirements and standards<\/li><li>Communicate and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to land more profitable deals<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Previous experience as a supply chain manager or in a similar field<\/li><li>Excellent knowledge of supply chain processes&nbsp;<\/li><li>Working experience of relevant software (e.g. SAP MM)<\/li><li>Strong communication skills<\/li><li>Excellent organizational and project management skills<\/li><li>Attention to detail<\/li><li>Creative problem-solving<\/li><li>A strategic and analytical mind<\/li><li>Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or similar field<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Remuneration &#8211; Benefits:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>&nbsp;2.000\u20ac &#8211; 2.500\u20ac Net salary<\/li><li>More benefits<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>If you get excited with the idea of competing for success and recognition of your talent and you demonstrate the above competencies, then send your CV! <a href=\"mailto:hr@managersoffice.ner\"><strong>  hr@managersoffice.net<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All applications will be treated as confidential.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER ATHENS (SCM 9891962A) Manager\u2019s Office (www.managersoffice.net &nbsp;), one of the leading companies as consulting Firm, operating in&hellip;<\/p>","protected":false},"author":3,"featured_media":11982,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_mo_disable_npp":""},"categories":[178,156],"tags":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v15.7 -
