The role requires an understanding of <strong>OPERATION MANAGER<\/strong> principals and the ability to support our client\u2019s company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>General Duties and Responsibilities, include:<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Refers to the Management<\/li><li>Participation to the scheduling of Business Policy of the Division<\/li><li>Participation in the communication with the houses we represent of both inland and abroad<\/li><li>Oversee day-to-day operations<\/li><li>Design strategy and set goals for growth<\/li><li>Maintain budgets and optimize expenses<\/li><li>Set policies and processes<\/li><li>Sales strategy \u2013 presales \/sales\/after sales<\/li><li>Marketing strategy<\/li><li>Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally<\/li><li>Oversee recruitment and training of new employees<\/li><li>Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance<\/li><li>Direct the employee assessment process<\/li><li>Reporting to Management<\/li><li>Prepare regular reports for upper management<\/li><li>Ensure staff follows health and safety regulations<\/li><li>Provide solutions to issues (e.g. profit decline, employee conflicts, loss of business to competitors)<\/li><li>Responsible for the supervision and expansion of the sales network<\/li><li>Responsible for the implementation of the business and credit policies<\/li><li>Responsible for the supervision of the Key Performance Indexes of the dealer network and for the reporting to the Management.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Lead role in advising around pricing for commercial contracts<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Driving efficiencies to ensure contracts remain financially viable and delivered on budget<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Supporting the Sales and Marketing department by conducting analysis of commercial opportunities<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Taking a lead role in solving commercial issues that may arise<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Requirements and skills<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Proven experience as an Operation Manager or similar executive role&nbsp; 5 years<\/li><li>Experience in planning and budgeting<\/li><li>Experience in Sales strategy<\/li><li>CRM- ERP experience<\/li><li>Knowledge of business process and functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations etc.)<\/li><li>Strong analytical ability<\/li><li>Excellent communication skills<\/li><li>Outstanding organizational and leadership skills<\/li><li>Problem-solving aptitude<\/li><li>BSc\/BA in Business or relevant field; MSc\/MA<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Remuneration &#8211; Benefits:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Annual fee Max: 43.000\u20ac Gross<\/li><li>Companies\u2019 car<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>If you are interest for the position, you can send your CV at the hr department of Manager\u2019s Office via email <\/strong><a href=\"mailto:hr@managersoffice.net\"><strong>hr@managersoffice.net<\/strong><\/a><strong> noting the position code<\/strong>.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Manager\u2019s Office (www.managersorsoffice.net )on behalf of our client is looking for an OPERATION MANAGER.
