The person will have to manage a growing company <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Commercial Director<\/strong>  <strong>Athens (COD 957NHR9)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00a0Position Summary:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>The Commercial Operations Director works cross-functionally with the commercial, operations and finance functions on inventory planning and issue resolution.&nbsp; This role works closely with the<\/li><li>National Analytics and Benefits Manager to ensure KPIs are established, reviewed monthly and ultimately<\/li><li>achieved (i.e. MPP related KPI\u2019s and Supplier Synergy Project aspirations). This individual also identifies opportunities<\/li><li>for improvement in current processes and execution, takes steps to drive better performance, and ensures there is open<\/li><li>communication between Corporate leadership and local leadership, and supplier operations leadership.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022Oversee and communicate the monthly calendar process and timelines to all stakeholders<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022Ensure Item Statuses are accurate by collaborating with and supplier operations stakeholders including new items being introduced and discontinued items<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Coordinate and lead a monthly reconciliation meeting. Ensure local leadership is engaged inkey issues to be resolved and assist in issue resolution, where capable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022Coordinate and lead a monthly performance update meeting. Present KPI dashboard to demonstrate achievement vs Performance objectives and review benefits with leadership team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022Facilitate cross-functional partnership meetings as needed to ensure all parties are aligned and all key issues and opportunities are addressed (i.e. system\/process updates, product status changes, coaching local market personnel, dashboard reporting improvements)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022Supports the implementation of new procedures and policies created by cross-functional corporate team and\/or national<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>7 years working experience commercial director<\/li><li>Fluent English is essential\/ Good command in any other language would be an advantage<\/li><li>Business or Marketing background<\/li><li>Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills<\/li><li>Accuracy and attention to detail<\/li><li>Self-driven, customer-oriented and stress-resistant personality<\/li><li>Numerate\/analytical<\/li><li>Good communication skills<\/li><li>MBA is mandatory<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Benefits:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><strong>Yearly 70K \u2013 90K gross<\/strong><\/li><li>Extra bonus<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>If you are interest for the position, you can send your CV at the hr department of Manager\u2019s Office via email <\/strong><a href=\"mailto:hr@managersoffice.net\">hr@managersoffice.net<\/a><strong> noting the position code<\/strong>. <strong>Keeping Your Job Search Confidentia<\/strong><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Manager\u2019s Office is looking for a person to join the growing commercial \u00a0team of our client.
