The role requires an understanding of <strong>DEPUTY COMMERCIAL MANAGER<\/strong> principals and the ability to develop the division.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>General Duties and Responsibilities, include:<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Refers to the Director of the Division<\/li><li>Participation to the scheduling of Business Policy of the Division<\/li><li>Participation in the communication with the houses we represent of both inland and abroad<\/li><li>Responsible for the shipment and delivery of the outboard motors, as well as, for the supervision of the prompt function of the spare parts and service departments<\/li><li>Responsible for the supervision and expansion of the Dealer network<\/li><li>Responsible for the implementation of the business and credit policies<\/li><li>Responsible for the supervision of the Key Performance Indexes of the dealer network and for the reporting to the Management.<\/li><li>Development of financial plans including budgeting and forecasting for the short and long term<\/li><li>Analysing the business performance, including the profitability, revenue, pricing and cost of goods sold<\/li><li>Managing budgets, expenses and pricing and commercial arrangements<\/li><li>Lead role in advising around pricing for commercial contracts<\/li><li>Driving efficiencies to ensure contracts remain financially viable and delivered on budget<\/li><li>Partnering with business managers to drive financial performance<\/li><li>Supporting the Sales and Marketing department by conducting analysis of commercial opportunities<\/li><li>Taking a lead role in solving commercial issues that may arise<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Important is the DEPUTY COMMERCIAL MANAGER to have experience in: Lubricants or Boat engines, or motorbikes, or Machines in general, or Vehicle spare parts or anything related to a wheel: cars \/ trucks \/ buses<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>If you are interest for the position, you can send your CV at the hr department of <\/strong><strong>Manager\u2019s Office <\/strong><strong>via email <\/strong><a href=\"mailto:hr@managersoffice.net\"><strong>hr@managersoffice.net<\/strong><\/a><strong> noting the position code<\/strong>.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Manager\u2019s&nbsp;Office seeks a DEPUTY COMMERCIAL MANAGER with perspective and deeply felt passion for the industry to assist the organization of&hellip;<\/p>","protected":false},"author":3,"featured_media":11620,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_mo_disable_npp":""},"categories":[174,156],"tags":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v15.7 -
