{"id":11475,"date":"2023-09-25T17:29:00","date_gmt":"2023-09-25T17:29:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/managersoffice.net\/?p=11475"},"modified":"2023-09-25T19:40:18","modified_gmt":"2023-09-25T19:40:18","slug":"commercial-manager-cm-ta97365hg","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/managersoffice.net\/el\/commercial-manager-cm-ta97365hg\/","title":{"rendered":"Commercial Manager &#8211; CM TA97365HG"},"content":{"rendered":"<h5>Manager\u2019s Office seeks a COMMERCIAL MANAGER with perspective and deeply felt passion for the industry to assist the organization of our client.<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Overall Purpose of the Role:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As a hands-on Commercial Director, you will be responsible for creating, leading, and inspiring a high performing commercial team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Key responsibilities:<\/li><li>Develop and implement an operational sales strategy in line with the overall brand strategy for the group.<\/li><li>Assist the MD in being the figurehead of the marketplace.<\/li><li>Identify new revenue streams to generate sustainable growth, year on year.<\/li><li>Measure, maintain and grow market shares in S\/M and Hypermarkets.<\/li><li>Together with the MD and finance team, prepare budgets and forecasts.<\/li><li>Demonstrate excellent face to face and presentation skills.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Strategy and Sales Development<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Develop and implement the operational sales plan for each product you are responsible for, on and offline and for events in line with the brand strategy as directed by MD.<\/li><li>Ensure effective communication of the sales strategy to your team.<\/li><li>Forecast accurately on a rolling basis, current\/next month and annualised revenue\/profit by product where applicable.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Market &amp; Product Knowledge<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Ensure a thorough working knowledge of the product sectors for which you are responsible, their brand extensions and the markets in which they operate.<\/li><li>Ensure full awareness of all competitor activity across print, online and events, including circulation, target audience and sales stories.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Relationship Management<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Develop and maintain relationships with the brands key accounts, based on an understanding of their business and market dynamics.<\/li><li>Understand the customers business environment and their needs.<\/li><li>Work with your Peer Group i.e., Commercial Directors to develop and implement sales best practice across the wider business.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sales Performance<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Deliver\/exceed against brand monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets (revenue\/share\/yield)<\/li><li>Demonstrate clear sales leadership by assisting your direct reports to deliver best practice and revenues.<\/li><li>Focus on retention and growth, both revenue and customers.<\/li><li>Define and agree sales area KPI\u2019s; define sales patch, segment opportunity; focus effort and manage, measure market shares and pipelines.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>People Management<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Attract, retain, and develop high achievers.<\/li><li>Manage, Coach, and develop direct reports in accordance with your&nbsp; guidelines.<\/li><li>To conduct regular appraisals with your direct reports, identifying stretching and developing objectives as appropriate.<\/li><li>Organise and execute team training.<\/li><li>Conduct weekly sales meetings with your team.<\/li><li>Proactively encourage collaboration to achieve team goals.<\/li><li>Develop an open, honest, and supportive team environment.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>If you are interest for the position, you can send your CV at the hr department of Managers Office via email <\/strong><a href=\"mailto:hr@mansystems.org\"><strong>hr@managersoffice.net<\/strong><\/a><strong> <\/strong><strong>&nbsp;noting the position code<\/strong>. &nbsp;<strong>Keeping Your Job Search Confidential<\/strong><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Manager\u2019s Office seeks a COMMERCIAL MANAGER with perspective and deeply felt passion for the industry to assist the organization of&hellip;<\/p>","protected":false},"author":3,"featured_media":11920,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_mo_disable_npp":""},"categories":[174,156],"tags":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v15.7 -
