Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022Oversee  facility management and maintenance division.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022Serve as the liaison with commercial condominium clients<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022Assess  vendor relationships and leverage opportunities for B2B partnerships\/valued added for clients<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022Oversee the management of large projects to include coordinating with the Board, community manager and vendors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022Construct a strategic plan for expanding  facility management services<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022Assess and track revenue and performance of the division<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022Attract talent and oversee delivery of services at a high level of and ensure quality control<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022Monitor active insurance claims<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022Monitor response to emergency calls<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022Conduct\/oversee reporting on common area inspections<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022Supervise a staff of 4<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022Participate in business development efforts to include signing new clients and developing a facility-focused portfolio, creating new revenue streams .<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022Strong written and oral communication required<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Past Performance\/Experience:<\/strong>  5-7 years in facility management\/building operations, property management, contracting or related area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Education:<\/strong>  Bachelor’s degree preferred; certifications and experience will be considered<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022Supervisory: 3 years (Required)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022bringing on new business: 1 year (Preferred)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022Facilities Management\/Building Operations: 5 years (Required)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Education:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022Bachelor’s (Preferred)<\/p>\n\n\n\n
