Leaders are not just people who throw around orders. Leaders also act as mentors, confident and most especially a coach to their team members. You should be able to boost the morale of your team and make them believe in their capabilities individually and as a team. This means you have to use specific tools to bring out the best in each of your team members and the only way to do this is by knowing them and what they are capable of doing more in-depth. Only a great leader will be able to do this because it requires a certain degree of natural touch and management skills to be able to motivate individuals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
