We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Director reporting to the CFO with outstanding people skills to manage our personnel and ensure that our human resources programs and initiatives are best in-class, effective, efficient, and aligned to overall business objectives. The role will have strong knowledge and progressive experience across the spectrum of HR-related functions and will be a respected resource for all HR related matters.

Duties will include supervising HR personnel, dealing with employee grievances and disputes, supporting employee development, enhancing job satisfaction, designing onboarding procedures, implementing HR strategies that support business objectives, forecasting staffing needs, mitigating risk, structuring benefit packages, maintaining employee records, managing budgets, designing accountability mechanisms, and overseeing overall employment needs. The ideal candidate will have excellent business instincts, a strong bias toward driving business process efficiency, consistency and continuous improvement and a practical attitude to determine when a situation requires following an established protocol vs. a flexible approach. The ideal candidate for this role should possess a high work ethic, excellent communication skills, knowledge of labor regulations and HR practices, strategic thinking abilities, strong organizational skills, and excellent interpersonal skills.

\u2022 Supporting strategic objectives
\u2022 Hiring staff and negotiating employment agreements
\u2022 Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations
\u2022 Managing staff wellness and performance reviews
\u2022 Motivating and supporting current staff<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Maintaining staff records
\u2022 Handling employee benefits
\u2022 Designing and directing training programs<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Qualifications<\/strong>
\u2022 Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field or equivalent related work experience
\u2022 Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
\u2022 Highly organized
\u2022 Superior interpersonal skills
\u2022 Detail oriented
\u2022 Good problem-solving skills
\u2022 Budget management experience
\u2022 Strong people skills<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Must be able to exhibit knowledge of federal\/local laws governing employment issues
\u2022 Must be able to research and analyze material
\u2022 Must be flexible and adaptable
\u2022 Computer literacy and Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills<\/p>\n\n\n\n
