Our client is a well-established interactive agency which focuses on the eBusiness sector. They are seeking to appoint a Digital Account Manager based in Athens.
Essential Duties:
* Manages a portfolio of accounts and builds long- lasting relationships with customers
* Coordinates the developers team and secures a positive climate
* Evaluates information related to sales, promotions, competition and market research
* Ensures high quality services and acts as the point of contact for clients
* Cross selling of services and products
* Sets digital strategies for assigned customers, considering their specific requirements
* Supports and executes the client’s plan
Required Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field
* Demonstrable experience minimum 3 years in sales. Experience as a digital account manager will be considered as an asset
* English Fluency
* IT Skills
* Analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
* Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics
* Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
