exploitation services for all Europe and US based frontline labels. <\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><strong>In this role, candidate will be responsible for the development and execution of international marketing and promotion campaigns for Europe and US repertoire.<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Work with international label, artist management and foreign markets to develop launch plans, ongoing marketing campaigns and artist development strategies for Europe and US signed frontline releases<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Plan and schedule global promotional trips including travel, budgets, media events, showcases, junkets and interviews and performances across all media.\u00a0 This often includes booking and coordinating artist, management and band travel, work visas and routing.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Work closely with digital team to create and execute int\u2019l digital campaigns -via mobile, social media, platforms, portals, video\/song premieres, CPC campaigns, etc etc<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Manage release planning of all commercial and promotional physical and digital products.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Create album and single based products for promotion and commercial exploitation overseas.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Create non-music based promotional and commercial content such as generic interviews, track by track, epk\u2019s TV spots, audio and video id\u2019s, behind-the-scenes and b-roll video footage for international exploitation.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Help affiliates from over 40 countries clear and source content for local promotional, co-op and retail initiatives, and coordinate production and approval process for all artist products.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Set up and oversee promotional schedule, photo shoots, media interviews, and performances etc. in conjunction with the US label, artist mgmt. and affiliates.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Oversee int\u2019l tour marketing activities including facilitating ticket and interview requests, radio shows, and radio visits.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Document and report progress and sales to EVP, affiliates, senior management and artist management.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Prepare all marketing and artist related materials for senior management presentations.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Coordinate frontline album campaigns with ICMG to maximize sales across an artist\u2019s catalog.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">College BA or equivalent<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">5-10 years related experience in areas such as: marketing, promotion, event planning, tour marketing, publicity, digital<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Must be \u201cfluent\u201d with technology \/ avid user of mobile and computers; PC (MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook etc); Mac OS (keynote, itunes, etc) ;<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Strong knowledge of Social Media; Comfortable reading online analytics<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Recommended Sony Systems to be familiar with: SAMIS, NextBigSound, PRS, GLORES, Digital Exchange,<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Ability to travel internationally
