L to achieve corporate sales and profit goals for the specific platforms<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Analyze and forecast results and trends for Baby, Sun and First Aid<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Lead consumer and trade promotion initiatives for Baby, Sun and First Aid<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Coordinate marketing materials and samples for new product introduction for Baby, Sun and First Aid<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Lead strategic and operational planning for Baby, Sun and First Aid that roll up to the core master brand<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Lead digital marketing &amp; social media for Baby, Sun and First Aid<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Assist with Brand strategy, annual marketing plan and professional marketing plans<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Assist with development of brand advertising and media plans<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Analyze retail data (IRI\/Nielsen) to review performance of brand vs. competition for Baby, Sun and First Aid<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Analyze data, interpret and communicate outcomes in a targeted and impactful way, make recommendations to optimize\/ refine plans<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"> Assist in the preparation of budgets, reports and forecasts revisions <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Manage internal and external stakeholder relationships for the ongoing success of the business<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">A Bachelor&#8217;s degree is required; an MBA is highly recommended<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">3-4 years of CPG experience, preferably in the skincare category<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">A minimum of two years professional experience within a Consumer Packaged Goods environment is required<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Digital marketing experience required with hands-on use of social media platforms<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Strong bias to action and proven track record of delivering results is required.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Superior collaboration skills and the ability to create and lead high-performing cross-functional teams required<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Strong project management skills and cross-functional team leadership<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Proficient in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook, Nielsen\/IRI Data Software<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">30%+ travel (including weekends) to cover professional dermatology conventions, customer visits, and market research<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Position based in Koln<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span
