{"id":5752,"date":"2017-05-08T08:46:27","date_gmt":"2017-05-08T08:46:27","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/localhost\/test_manager\/production-manager-bg-pm-434r5434r5\/"},"modified":"2019-07-18T09:19:59","modified_gmt":"2019-07-18T09:19:59","slug":"production-manager-bg-pm-434r5434r5","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/managersoffice.net\/el\/production-manager-bg-pm-434r5434r5\/","title":{"rendered":"Production Manager &#8211; BG (PM &#8211; 434R5434R5)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><strong>Our client is a leading plastics manufacturer and is seeking a production manager to represent their company. <\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong> <span style=\"color: #000033;\">BLOW MOLDING OR PLASTICS EXPERIENCE IS PREFERRED but some background in MANUFACTURING is REQUIRED.\u00a0 This position provides great growth potential and the opportunity to work in a VERY stable, exciting, and fast paced environment.\u00a0 This individual MUST have manufacturing related management or leadership experience.\u00a0 Great work environment and great team with lots of opportunity for growth!<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><strong>Duties and Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">The Production Manager creates a culture that promotes safety as a top priority. <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">The Production Manager drives continuous improvement, and constantly evaluates\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 productivity and the current staff to optimize production efficiency. <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">The Production Manager is responsible for development, training and coaching of staff, sets individual and team goals for staff, and provides continuous feedback. <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">The Production Manager is responsible for all operations in the plant on all shifts. <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">The Production Manager will be responsible for the production schedule for all shifts. <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">The Production Manager will conduct timely annual reviews and evaluations of staff.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><strong>Production Manager Required Education and Experience: <\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">The Production Manager will have 3+ years of supervisor or management experience in a manufacturing environment.
