The ideal candidate will formulate and execute a strategic plan to support the business in achieving goals of attracting, retaining, and growing our database of digital creative, marketing and technology talent in support of our 4+ offices.<\/span><\/span> The incumbent will partner with business leaders to implement marketing strategies that include online marketing, email automation, job optimization and distribution, content marketing, and executive communications.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Help shape and build the candidate acquisition process across all channels, including lead nurturing and closed loop reporting
\nOrganize and manage our marketing database, including segmentation and integration through our ATS system
\nUtilize strong analytical ability to evaluate online strategies, and re-prioritize to extend our reach, drive engagement, and increase click-thru and conversion
\nDevelop \/ evolve consistent marketing automation campaigns to support all segments of the business
\nWork with partner agency to drive success to online job postings through targeted recruitment marketing spend, content optimization, and ongoing analytical based decision making
\nLend creative direction and maintain high levels of engagement on social media, with a focus on Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, and the Company blog
\nMeasure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals
\nTranslate marketing objectives into creative strategies, designs and plans
\nMeet creative deadlines of all internal stakeholders with high quality, on-brand executions
\nProject manage a freelance team of designers, copywriters, and production members for marketing deliverables<\/p>\n

Requirements:<\/strong>
\nMinimum 4+ years\u2019 experience; Bachelor\u2019s degree in liberal arts, marketing, art or design.
\nAdvanced degree a plus.
\nProven track record of ability to innovate and deliver highly impactful digital marketing campaigns.
\nKnowledge and experience with marketing automation and CRM systems.
\nExperience in developing content marketing strategies with related digital technologies.
\nHighly developed critical thinking \/ analytical skills with the ability to evaluate branding and marketing decisions for effectiveness and areas of weakness.
\nExperience balancing numerous stakeholders and multiple projects and deliverables in a fast-paced, high volume environment.
\nInternational brand experience a plus.
\nExperience with Google Analytics, Marketing Automation, SEO Best Practices, Basic HTML, Word press, Social Media Management, Adobe Suite, and Microsoft Suite.
\nCombination of skills to be able to think strategically, think at a higher level, but be able and willing to take on an array of tasks as needed that may not necessarily be at the level of this title as needed.<\/p>\n
