{"id":5145,"date":"2014-09-25T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2014-09-25T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/localhost\/test_manager\/marketing-coordinator-mc-32322\/"},"modified":"2019-07-15T10:12:43","modified_gmt":"2019-07-15T10:12:43","slug":"marketing-coordinator-mc-32322","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/managersoffice.net\/el\/marketing-coordinator-mc-32322\/","title":{"rendered":"Marketing Coordinator (MC-32322)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Our Client currently seeks an Marketing Coordinator for our advertising group within the Marketing Department.\u00a0Below please find a brief description of the essential duties and responsibilities required<br \/>\nto function successfully in\u00a0this position.<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"line-height: 1.3em;\"><strong>Position Summary<\/strong>:<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Coordination of the entire monthly budget process (processing monthly invoices, tracking current spending, working<br \/>\nwith the Marketing team for the completion of monthly accruals and outlooks) while providing general support and<br \/>\nvarious tactical completion of advertising tactics.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Essential Job Functions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>-Manage Advertising budget including processing incoming invoices, tracking current spending, monthly accruals, monthly<br \/>\noutlooks<\/p>\n<p>-Coordinate with respective marketing team leaders to ensure processing &amp; payment of incoming invoices, current spend<br \/>\nis being tracked, completion of accruals and monthly outlooks are done in a timely manner for the remaining accounts<br \/>\nwithin the overall budget.
