Reporting into the New York based VP of Sales, you will drive new business<br \/>\nby developing and expanding relationships with senior-level Marketing and IT executives in your<br \/>\nassigned territory.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><strong>Qualifications<\/strong>:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\">\u2022 Minimum of 5 to 7 years\u2019 experience selling complex enterprise software solutions using a consultative<br \/>\nsales methodology.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\">\u2022 Multi-year track record of success in delivering new business sales in excess of $1,000,000 annually,<br \/>\nwith an average deal size in excess of $100,000 ACV.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\">\u2022 The ability to develop relationships across an organization with all Lines of Business including Customer<br \/>\nExperience, Marketing, Customer Support, PR, and Market Research.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\">\u2022 The ability to research, identify, cultivate and drive key partnership opportunities.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\">\u2022 A desire to develop a territory and build\/maintain a pipeline through cold calling and networking.<br \/>\nThe expectation is that at a majority of pipeline activity will be self-generated.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\">\u2022 Truly self-directed \u2013 with a proven track record of over-achieving in a high growth environment.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\">\u2022 A savvy business sense, capable of providing management with critical market feedback from all<br \/>\nprospect, customer, partner and market interactions.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\">\u2022 A team player, willing to develop and enhance the business processes with the management team,<br \/>\ndedicated to building account plans, executing account strategies, and recording activity in the<br \/>\nCorporate SFA system.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small; line-height: 1.3em;\">\u2022 Bachelor\u2019s level degree or equivalent.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\">\u2022 Ideal \u2013 but not required \u2013 domain expertise.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><strong>Key Attributes:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\">\u2022 Proactive: A \u201chunter\u201d who drives strategic activities at key prospects, accounts and partners. Holds<br \/>\nthemselves responsible for achieving and over-achieving aggressive sales targets.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\">\u2022 Strategic: The ability to think strategically about how can positively impact our client\u2019s and partner\u2019s<br \/>\nkey business objectives. The ability to develop relationships at all levels of an organization, up through<br \/>\nthe executive level.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\">\u2022 Analytical: Good questioning and listening skills to facilitate an insider\u2019s understanding of target<br \/>\naccounts. Able to build both a business fit and product fit.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\">\u2022 Efficient: A focus on the \u201cmust do\u201d activities that will lead to the successful achievement of goals.<br \/>\nWilling to work hard, knows how to work smart.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\">\u2022 Professional: Provides high quality communications both verbally and in writing.
