Due to business expansion, our client is looking for a professional with:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Roles and responsibilities:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Reporting to our Client\u2019s IT Manager and following structured methodologies, the Software Development Engineer
\nwill support and develop existing business systems in the event of failure or increased functionality requirements.<\/p>\n

Participating in our client\u2019s quality and continuous process improvement initiatives, you\u2019ll:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

– Liaise with users to establish requirements<\/p>\n

– Play a key role in maintenance and development<\/p>\n

– Identify methods for improving and maintaining systems.<\/p>\n

Position Requirements:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

It is required proven experience working within team developing business system solutions in a manufacturing
\nenvironment, where quality documentation and application support has been mission-critical.<\/p>\n

A strong, all-round communicator, with a flexible approach and the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines, the
\ncandidate will have the ability to work on his\/her own initiative without supervision, with the in-built RADAR to
\nknow when not to!<\/p>\n

– High level of adaptability and willingness to transfer skills to other key functions<\/p>\n

– Knowledge of:<\/p>\n

.NET (c#, VB & .net)<\/p>\n

TSQL<\/p>\n

VB6<\/p>\n

The full software development lifecycle<\/p>\n

SQL server reporting services<\/p>\n

ASP.net<\/p>\n
