a qualified and experienced <strong>Senior IT Support Engineer <\/strong>on behalf our client <strong>(one of the leaders in <\/strong><strong>IT service companies in Cyprus).<\/strong> &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our client expanding the team and are looking for an experienced Senior IT Engineer with strong Analysis, design, and solution\/requirements skills to join our dynamic team in <strong>LIMASSOL.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Senior IT Support Engineer<\/strong> <strong>SISE 974718LI (LIMASSOL)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Duties and responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Lead and manage a team of IT support Engineers, providing mentorship, guidance, and support.<\/li><li>Administration and configuration of several clients IT infrastructures<\/li><li>Providing 2<sup>nd<\/sup> and 3rd line user\u2019s support to ensure SLA compliance,<\/li><li>Oversee IT support operations, including incident resolution, service requests and project management.<\/li><li>Collaborate with clients to understand their IT needs and develop strategies for meeting those needs.<\/li><li>Implement and maintain IT support policies, procedures, and best practices.<\/li><li>Engage in Presales activities and help the Presales team to design the best techno-economical solution<strong><\/strong><\/li><li>Evaluate, Design, install, and configure complete Infrastructure solutions, including components like Servers, Storage, Virtualization, Backup, Operating Systems, Cloud and other, aligning with clients\u2019 requirements.<strong><\/strong><\/li><li>Design\/install and configure enterprise IT systems, wired and wireless networks (routers, firewalls, switches, etc.) as well as IP telephony systems, ensuring high quality and timely delivery.<\/li><li>Design Hybrid Cloud solutions utilizing technology components from the leading vendors in the industry, like, Microsoft, HPE, Dell.<strong><\/strong><\/li><li>Design and implement robust Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity solutions in cooperation with the management and pre-sales team.<strong><\/strong><\/li><li>Design, implement and support Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, Hyper-V, VMware, Veeam<strong><\/strong><\/li><li>Plan, install, configure, and support Microsoft Cloud Services (Azure, Office 365)<strong><\/strong><\/li><li>Adherence to deadlines<\/li><li>Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Requirements and skills<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>\u2265 5 years of hands-on experience as a Systems Engineer<\/li><li>Bachelor\u2019s University degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.<\/li><li>Master\u2019s degree in a related field will be considered as an advantage<\/li><li>Proven experience as a System Administrator or similar role<\/li><li>Experience with installing, configuring, and maintaining IT Equipment<\/li><li>Networking \/ IT Troubleshooting (Windows Server 2008-2019), MS Exchange 2013-2019<\/li><li>Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency situations effectively.<\/li><li>Excellent knowledge of Greek and English language written and verbal (Russian will be considered an advantage).<\/li><li>IT Certificates will be considered an advantage.<\/li><li>Team Player, honest and reliable.<\/li><li>High degree of professional ethics and integrity.<\/li><li>Experience with
